The final session of the program was held during the 19th and 20th of October. This time the theme of the session was “Kick-starting your career”, where the participants got the opportunity to put their skills to the test by presenting a case to a group of recruiters, as well as other problem-solving exercises. After an intense day, the group headed to Yasuragi spa for an overnight stay. The stay included a workout session with Johanna Viklund, senior consultant within Operations, and an inspirational talk by Heléne Öqvist, Senior Manager within Finance and Performance Management. The group also learned about how Capacent works with reflection as a tool for development.
Female Talent Program contains three sessions and takes place during the fall every year. The purpose of the program is to show talented young women our view of management consulting, to inspire and encourage them to pursue a career within our challenging and ever-changing industry. The participants in the program are invited to gain insight into our core values and are given the opportunity to meet a wide range of our employees. They get to practice relevant skills, get to know themselves and their strengths better and hopefully get inspired by female role models at Capacent. This year, sixteen students from seven different universities, ranging from Copenhagen in the south to Luleå in the north, were selected to join the program.
