Ann joined Capacent in 2009 through the merger with KW Partners, and has more than 20 years of consulting experience in commercial areas such as market strategy, business development, customer segmentation, pricing, offerings development, brand strategy, customer retention and loyalty management. Projects and clients include travel, real estate, games and gambling, logistics, telecom and others. Ann is working in Capacent’s Strategy & Commercial practice and has an education from Stockholm School of Economics.
