Project Background

In 2017, Caverion launched the strategy ”Fit for Growth”.
One of the must wins was ”Top performance at every level”. Capacent was then selected as a partner to help Caverion implement a step change in the performance of its Service Business unit through a performance management program.

Achieving change due to new methods

The program included rolling out a harmonized, action-based management system, setting KPIs and related reporting. It was also about ensuring new ways of working in managing the business.
